Somewhere along the process of being saved, there must be an acknowledging that without Jesus there is no good thing in me. People don't like to talk about or consider that they have sin. But it's one side of the salvation coin. The other side is that Jesus paid the price for your sin.

2.
"...and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith." Just be sure your faith is based on God's ability to give you that kind of faith and not on your ability to have that kind of faith.

3.
Our sin nature is the cost God was willing to chance when He gave Adam and Eve free will, without which they would not be human. They would be robots. But it cost God His Son on the cross.

4.
All paths do not lead to God. Just as truth answers all questions, Christianity answers all questions. It's the only belief system that does. Christianity is the only path to God.

5.
When confronted with Jesus, one has the exact same choice as Adam had in the Garden: God's way or your way. Life or death. We are Adam.

6.
Can you feel Him? He's the Spirit of God blowing across the land. And as the wind separates the chaff from the wheat, the Spirit is separating the false from the true, the deaf from the hearing, and the coward from the bold. Those left will proclaim Jesus as the only Way, the only Truth, and the only Life. Not in the power of man, but in the power of the Spirit. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

Until you transition from saving America to getting America saved, you will have no peace.

8.
The only unforgivable sin is rejecting Jesus with your dying breath.

9.
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, but lose his soul?" -Mark 8:36” Tough words. Christianity can be tough. It doesn't coddle you.

10.
Father God, let your people be not so much woke but God-woke at this critical time.

"However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?" This verse tells me that, whatever the timetable, eventually one of the chief components of our faith will have to be perseverance. Can we trust God no matter what. The Bible warns that many will fall away when trials and persecution come.

12.
Buddhists talk a lot about the "now." How we are to "be" in the "now." The Bible agrees: "I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation."

One of the few hopes for America is the influx of immigrants who are truly born-again.

14.
Another hope for America is the large number of African-Americans who are truly born again.

The humanist/Buddhist philosophy of life: I don't know how I got here, but love love love, and by the way, I'm going to die, I know not why. You cannot count on people being good and kind. Maybe certain small groups but not on a national, world or even large city scale. We will always need police and armies. Man is born to sin and the Bible says there will always be wars. There will always be those asked to serve and risk their lives. They deserve honor and respect.

"Against thee (God), thee only have I sinned..." David realized that although he had sinned against a man when he said these words, he was really sinning against God. The same holds true for when we do good. All that we do, good or bad, is ultimately for or against God. This principle ties in with the fear of God. When we as individuals or as a nation lose a fear of God, or fail to realize our acts are directly for or against God, then we are one step closer to "as in the days of Noah." And that ain't good.

Karma is based on the Biblical principle of sowing and reaping, which God established long before the Hindus.

18.
Reincarnation is a perverted outgrowth of the same principle of sowing and reaping.

If Heaven is a place to you, you may be disappointed. If Heaven is an eternal relationship with the Triune God of the Universe, then you're on the right track.

20.
"Be still and know that I am God." Biblical meditation focuses your mind on God and helps your reborn spirit hear Him. Any other meditation has only short-term benefits at best and at worst opens your spirit to demonic forces.

21.
If you think you understand Life then you must also have an explanation for Death.

The fear of the Lord: “Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.” I believe America has lost its fear of God. What is the fear of the Lord? There are probably multiple ways to view it, but I believe an analogy would be helpful. First, though, I don’t believe it is like the fear of snakes or of an abusive father. Rather, it is like the fear we have of the police if we break the law. The police have the authority to throw us in jail. Likewise, God has laws and commands. When we break one of God’s laws, we suffer the resultant consequences of sin and, eventually, Hell for those who die without Jesus. “But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after your body has been killed, has authority to throw you into Hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him.” Many people do not want to acknowledge that God can and will throw them into Hell. They have lost that fear. But I am pretty sure He who created us can do as He pleases. Good thing He loves us and has provided the answer to sin, death and Hell.

For Christians to deny that the occult and false religions have no spiritual power is, I believe, somewhat naive. Job in the Bible is proof that God has given Satan delegated power. What we need to do is have our spiritual armor on and know how to wield the sword of the Spirit. Be aware but know we are stronger.

I met someone on Facebook who scares me. He has no sense of a personal God, or love for America or big companies, who he thinks are oppressing the masses. I sense he is young though he posts no pictures of himself. Is this what our schools are producing? Nihilism? Anarchy? Like I said, he scares me.

25.
If you see no purpose to life then your purpose will be nihilism. "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
